Ginza Rangetsu was founded in Ginza 3-chome in 1947, serving sukiyaki and shabu-shabu made from a whole cow of specially selected A5-rank Wagyu beef, as well as crab-based sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and other dishes featuring snow crab. In recent years, they have also started offering Kaiseki Japanese-style multi-course meals.
